Pierre Dammous

Chairman

Our founder with more than 45 years' experience in Building Services Engineering, Pierre Dammous is a final reference for his specialty in the Middle East. After years of commuting between Beirut, Amman and Paris, handling prestigious projects with major consultancies, he finally started his own practice in Beirut in 1978. Pierre Dammous has actively contributed to the advancement of the electrical and mechanical engineering in the construction industry – in Lebanon, the region and into Africa – running a constantly growing consulting practice and attracting the finest talent to his office. His portfolio of over a thousand projects bears witness to his determination to serve highly demanding clients in challenging environments.

Antoine Dammous

Managing Partner

After joining PD&P in 1991 as a mechanical engineer, Antoine Dammous continued his education, earning a Master’s in Engineering Management. He first led PD&P's mechanical engineering team in many major projects, in Lebanon and beyond, establishing procedures and developing tools for effective service. These efforts culminated in PD&P receiving ISO 9001:2008 Quality System certification in 1999. Antoine has managed the electrical and mechanical design team for major projects, and has remained academically active through the University of Reading in the UK. He established PD&P's Dubai branch in 2005 and later expanded the firm into Nigeria and Africa. Antoine Dammous is LEED GA accredited.
