Joseph El Hachem has vast experience in the field of power and oil industry engineering. After earning a DEA in industrial control and his master’s in mechanical engineering, Joseph spent several years in the construction field, working on a variety of projects, before moving into design and supervisory roles. As chief engineer of a major EPC power plant supplier, managing a team of forty, he oversaw the design of numerous successful projects. Joseph joined PD&P in 2015 as a co-founder of PD&P Energy.
