Designed by the talented Nabil Gholam Architects, this 42-story tower with 180m height has reshaped the city's skyline with its bold, staggered volumes and panoramic views stretching from the Mediterranean to Mount Lebanon.

This standout project, for which Pierre Dammous & Partners was fully involved in the MEP design and supervision as well, was a remarkable opportunity to contribute. From energy-efficient systems to seamless integration of comfort, safety, and smart building technologies, our work helped bring this luxurious living experience to life.
