The Engineering Behind Modern Healthcare
At Pierre Dammous & Partners, we were proud to contribute to the transformation of the EKO Health Center in Eko Atlantic, Lagos, providing the complete MEP design for this 36,000 sqm healthcare facility.
From emergency and diagnostic services to operating theatres, ICU/CCU, laboratories, patient wards, rehabilitation, and specialized medical clinics, every space comes with its own technical demands.
Our role was to bring these requirements together into an efficient, reliable, and future-ready MEP environment—where indoor air quality, healthy and comfortable environments, reliable power infrastructure, and robust IT networks work together to support advanced healthcare management systems and uninterrupted clinical operations.
Because in modern healthcare, engineering is not simply about keeping a building running. It is about creating an environment where patients can recover, healthcare professionals can perform at their best, and technology can support better care.
Today, EKO Health Center stands as another example of how thoughtful engineering can support the places where quality healthcare happens.
We’re proud to have been part of it.
