We’re proud to have contributed the full MEP engineering design for a landmark office tower that brings together scale, ambition, and precision engineering in the heart of the city. With a built-up area of 34,676 sqm, the development combines 21 floors of premium offices with vibrant retail, dining spaces, an auditorium, and leisure facilities—creating a true mixed-use destination. Behind the architectural expression lies a carefully engineered backbone designed for performance and resilience. A smart chilled water system dynamically responds to demand to ensure comfort while optimizing energy use. The electrical infrastructure is built for reliability, with backup generators, UPS protection for critical systems, integrated CCTV coverage, and advanced fire safety networks—ensuring continuous, secure operation at every level. Every detail was planned with the future in mind: easy maintenance access, operational efficiency, built-in flexibility, and capacity reserves that allow the building to evolve with time. Sustainability and energy performance were not add-ons—they were part of the foundation of the design. A project where engineering quietly supports experience, comfort, and long-term value.
