| PDP Continuous Training |
The Continuous Training program is part of our Quality Assurance Procedure "P1201 - Training" which is rigorously followed.
PDP's Continuous Training program is established in order to maintain continuous professional improvement through continuous training and education for all the technical staff.
The CT program is established to ensure that all technical staff members and engineers have a continuous training or education and are getting exposure to continuous technological improvements related to their field of work.
This is done through yearly collecting a certain required amount of Approved Training Hours. An approved Training Hour is the equivalent of one full hour of attendance to an approved seminar.
Approved Training Hour equivalence:
- 1hour of attendance to a technical seminar is equivalent to 1 ATH.
- 1hour attendance to an International technical seminar is equivalent to 2 ATH.
- 1hour attendance to a professional educational course in a related field is equivalent to 3 ATH.
- 1attendance to a local exhibition is equivalent to 1 ATH.
- 1day attendance to an International (out-of-the-country) technical exhibition is equivalent to 15 ATH.
The training is approved by the Administrative Manager and the individual form is filled and maintained by the Human Resources Manager.
