PIERRE DAMMOUS, Chairman
With 40 years experience in Building Services Engineering, Pierre Dammous is a final reference of his speciality in the Middle East. Relocating between Beirut, Amman and Paris with major consultants handling prestigious projects, he finally started his own practice in Beirut in 1978. Pierre Dammous actively contributed to the advancement of the Electrical and Mechanical engineering in the construction industry, first in Lebanon then in the region, running a constantly growing consulting practice and attracting talent to his office. Around a thousand projects witness his determination to serve highly demanding clients in challenging environments.

ANTOINE DAMMOUS, General Manager GCC
After joining PDP in 1991 as a mechanical engineer Antoine continued his education for a Master’s in Engineering Management. He then led the mechanical engineering team in many major projects, first in Lebanon then extending to the region and beyond, establishing procedures and setting tools for effective service. This concluded to the Quality System accreditation in 1999. Antoine managed the electrical and mechanical design team for major projects, and remained academically active through the University of Reading, UK. In 2005 he established PDP Dubai branch, and Abu Dhabi branch in 2008, continued directing the projects undertaken, and expanding the practice.

HAGOP HOLTIAN, Vice-Chair Electrical
Hagop has more than 30 years experience in electrical engineering, all in consulting services. He led the design and construction administration of hundreds of projects of multiple sizes and use.
As a founding member of PDP, he has set the foundation of most of the methods of work and design criteria currently in use.
Projects undertaken in Lebanon and all over the region witness his perseverance and dedication to quality. Hagop currently manages projects electrical design in addition to his advisory role as Vice Chair.

ELIE SIAM, Head of Electrical Department
Graduated in 1993 from the American University of Beirut and joined PDP in 1994 as a design engineer. After multiple successes Elie Siam lead the team for resolving Mission Critical facilities problems and proved to be a local authority in the Electrical Engineering field. He is an active contributor to Lebanese Standards, and Building Services Instructor in Notre Dame University. He has special qualifications in Telecommunications and data networks and established highly performing systems for large banks (BLOM) and leading media companies (Annahar, VTR). He currently holds the position of Head of the Electrical Department.

ELIE FADOUS, Head of Mechanical Department
With his strong leadership and exceptional design management skills, Elie Fadous gradually filled the responsibilities of Head of Department. He joined PDP upon his graduation in 1995 and participated in the mechanical design of various projects before managing major ones at a later stage.
Using his engineering talent, he diligently adapts new technologies to project needs, eager to add value to each job in hand. His experience covers a wide array of project types with different systems and applications. Major projects includes Hilton Beirut Hotel, Gefinor Rotana Hotel, Berytus Parks office building, as well as Le Meridien Towers Makkah mixed use project.

ELIE SALEH, Director Electrical Engineering
Elie's bright record of engineering excellence started in 1992. He joined PDP in 1998 after spending intensive 2 years with a major contractor in KSA. His experience covers Hospital projects, power plants, Hotels, as well as a wide list of commercial buildings. His dynamic character allows him to boost the design team performance and drive challenging project to a successful completion. He has particular skills in complex Electrical Power Systems design including Medium Voltage. Elie’s high technical skills put him in the first ranks of his specialty and comfortably position him as Director.

ADIB SCHREIM, Dubai Branch Manager
Adib has a solid and diversified background in the building services industry. He worked for large multi-national consulting offices, as well as in the field, as a contractor. He joined PDP in 2005 as a Project Coordinator. He strongly contributed to the success of PDP Dubai branch with determination to provide a high quality professional service to all clients. In the last few years, he was able to manage and closely monitor a significant number of projects from residential to commercial and hospitality projects. He currently manages Dubai branch office.

NAGI BACHOUR, Abu Dhabi Branch Manager
Basing himself on outstanding technical skills as a mechanical engineer, nurtured with a vast experience on key projects, Nagi tops his performance with managerial talent. In fact, he is also an Engineering management graduate. During his long journey in his temporary leave from PDP between 1996 and 2008, Nagi realized serious achievements whether in Project Management or in design. This multitude of talent reinforced Nagi’s position as Abu Dhabi branch office manager.

ROLA EL KADI, Senior Electrical Engineer
Rola joined PDP directly after her graduation from AUB in 1999. She is progressively reaching professional excellence by her uninterrupted pursuit of safe and functional electrical power distribution design and optimized lighting schemes. Keen to constantly provide comprehensive design documentation, projects she handles easily exceed all quality checks, Her experience covered a long range of projects of multiple types and clients of various objectives and needs, in many areas of the middle east. She currently leads a team in electrical design for many projects.

ELIE TOHME, Project Manager
Elie had a thorough experience in mega projects like the Lebanese University Main Campus, where he participated in construction from tender to handing over. Enjoying high technical skills he easily manipulates large mechanical system designs with a strong understanding of buildability and post occupancy operation. Elie joined PDP in 2005 and handled many projects mainly in the UAE and KSA, such as the large mixed use Downtown Jebel Ali Galleries and Plaza, Jebel Omar zone 2, He is currently a mechanical team leader and Project Manager.

ANTOINE CHAWICH, Project Manager
Currently responsible for managing projects including the coordination between trades and client relations, Antoine Chawich controls his projects to the smallest detail, exceeding client expectations most of the time. He is a mechanical engineer by trade and has been deeply involved with major projects, such as Habtoor Grand, from inception to handing-over. He has an extensive experience in projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar, and has performed in many industrial applications.

ANTOINE HOUKAYEM, Senior Plumbing Engineer
Joined PDP before his graduation back in 1981. “Toni” has since contributed in the mechanical and plumbing design of more than five hundred projects of various sizes and types. He has set an example to his colleagues in commitment and precise work and has gradually taken the responsibility of leading the team on many projects, taking plumbing as his specialty. |

TONY MRAD, Senior Mechanical Engineer
Tony has a strong experience in Fire fighting systems design. After joining PDP as a mechanical engineer back in 1997 and after contributing to the mechanical design of projects of multiple types, Tony demonstrated strong skills in Fire sprinklers design. He has since taken in charge most of the fire fighting designs made in PDP and implemented advanced design procedures. |
